Terms & Conditions: 1. I confirm that all children (aged under 16), will be accompanied by a responsible adult at this event. All young children (aged under 12) should be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.  The responsible adult must agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of all members of their party.  2. I confirm that all members of my party are medically fit to take part in the event and have informed the event organisers of any medical condition(s) which may affect participation in this event.  The T3 Farm Challenge is NOT a race.  Participants will take part at their own pace according to their individual abilities.  3. I acknowledge that all members of my party have a legal obligation to send on any funds raised directly to Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice or via T3 Farm Challenge within 1 month of the event.  Failure to do so is considered theft.  4. I acknowledge that once booked, the registration fees of my party are non-refundable.  5. I confirm that all members of my party enter the event entirely at our own risk and Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice or T3 Farm Challenge shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss which may suffer or incur as a result of participation in this event – I acknowledge that there may be conditions or circumstances beyond the control of organisers that can lead to unforeseen risks.  6. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to alter arrangements and conditions (such as event date, start time and route) should circumstances require.  7. I confirm that by taking part all members of my party are happy for both event organisers and authorised volunteer event photographers to use any video footage or photographs taken during your participation in future marketing materials.  8. I confirm that I will keep event organisers informed of any changes to my contact details.
